In 2017, I trained to teach mindfulness to children, inspired by both my own experiences with anxiety as a child and as a parent. I know firsthand how powerful mindfulness can be in helping kids build resilience, manage big emotions, cultivate kindness and compassion, improve sleep, and navigate life’s challenges with more ease. Over the years, I’ve worked with children in schools, on courses, workshops, and private sessions, witnessing the profound impact that mindful awareness can have on their daily lives—including my own child’s. I’m passionate about equipping kids with these tools, empowering them to feel more grounded, confident, and connected.
