Hello and welcome! I am Hannah, and I offer yoga and yoga therapy in Tunbridge Wells and Online.
I hope to create a space where you can land softly and reconnect with yourself through intergration of breathwork, pranayama, mindfulness, meditation and yogic philosophy.
Through deeply nourishing and grounding practices, I invite you to find balance, strength and peace, as well as paying attention to mobility work for healthy aging whatever your current life stage!
Every session is an opportunity to nurture your mind, body, and soul with intention and kindness.

Over the past five years my own practice and training has been steadily deepening in both practice and understanding. It has shaped the way I relate to breath, movement, and the body and how I support others in doing the same. What began as a physical practice has become a more attentive way of listening to what the body communicates, both on and off the mat.
My teaching is rooted in creating a space that feels steady, human, and welcoming. A place where you can arrive exactly as you are, without comparison or performance, and gently reconnect with yourself through breath, movement and stillness.
Alongside group classes and private sessions, I also offer yoga therapy. This more personalised approach is shaped around individual needs and lived experience, supporting you in working gently with the nervous system, patterns of tension and the relationship between body and mind. It is a space for care, integration and a slower, more responsive kind of healing through yoga.
Sessions are available both online and in person, and are always tailored to meet you where you are. I weave together gentle vinyasa flow, pranayama, meditation and therapeutic practices, with an emphasis on slowing down enough to actually feel what is happening within.
Rather than chasing shape or achievement, the practice becomes an invitation to soften the noise, meet yourself with more honesty and rediscover a sense of inner steadiness that isn’t dependent on anything external.
At the heart of it all is a simple intention: to support people in feeling more at home in their own bodies and more at ease in their own experience. I’m grateful to share this work and to hold space for each person’s unfolding path, whether in a shared class or in a more personal therapeutic setting.
