About Me

Why I do this

There have been seasons in my own life where I felt as though I'd lost myself beneath the demands of work, family and trying to keep everything together. It was during those seasons that yoga became more than movement; it became a way back to myself.

What began as a physical practice gradually became a way of listening more closely to my body, regulating my nervous system and reconnecting with who I was beneath the noise. That experience eventually led me to train as a yoga therapist so I could support other women navigating life's transitions with the same compassion and care that yoga offered me.

My philosophy

I believe that healing doesn't come from pushing harder or fixing ourselves. It begins when we slow down enough to notice what our body has been trying to tell us all along.

Whether we're moving through stress, burnout, motherhood, perimenopause or another significant life change, we all need somewhere to land softly. A place where we can pause, breathe and reconnect with ourselves without judgement or expectation.

My intention is to create that space.

How I work

Every yoga therapy session is tailored to you. Drawing on yoga therapy, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness and yogic philosophy, I weave together practices that support your unique physical, mental and emotional needs.

Together we'll explore gentle movement, breath, rest and self-enquiry in a way that feels accessible and sustainable. Rather than striving for perfect poses or chasing achievement, our work is about creating safety in the body, supporting the nervous system and building a steadier relationship with yourself.

My hope is that you leave each session feeling calmer, clearer and more at home in yourself, with practical tools you can carry into everyday life.
