Join me for a gently invigorating practice that will help you start your day off right!
This all-levels class is designed to awaken your body and mind, leaving you feeling energised, focused and ready to take on the day ahead.
We’ll begin with gentle warm up stretches to release tension and stiffness, followed by flowing yoga to build strength, improve mobility and increase circulation.
Throughout the class, we’ll focus on linking breath with movement, helping to calm the mind and improve mental clarity.
My classes are a mixture of gentle vinyasa flow, pranayama and meditation designed to reconnect mind, body and breath.
I want to encourage you to listen to what your body needs in movement and stillness - both on and off the mat and to remove comparison and ego, becoming fully present and mindful of your own journey; to recognise your own self-worth and step into your own power.
It’s about finding what feels right in YOUR body.
I would love to guide you to discover or re-discover your love of yoga as my teachers have done for me.
This 2-hour mini-retreat will offer a nurturing space where you can connect deeply with yourself, replenish your energy, and embrace the changing season with compassion, mindfulness, and vitality. This experience will blend yoga, breathwork, meditation, and more, all underpinned by the richness of yoga philosophy.
