Join me for a gently invigorating practice that will help you start your day off right!
This all-levels class is designed to awaken your body and mind, leaving you feeling energised, focused and ready to take on the day ahead.
We’ll begin with gentle warm up stretches to release tension and stiffness, followed by flowing yoga to build strength, improve mobility and increase circulation.
Throughout the class, we’ll focus on linking breath with movement, helping to calm the mind and improve mental clarity.
Breathe Better is for anyone looking to deepen their practice—whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. It can be a powerful standalone practice or an invaluable complement to your existing yoga journey. By refining your breath, you’ll find greater ease in movement, more control in challenging poses, and a deeper sense of presence in every class you take.
My classes are a mixture of gentle vinyasa flow, pranayama and meditation designed to reconnect mind, body and breath.
I want to encourage you to listen to what your body needs in movement and stillness - both on and off the mat and to remove comparison and ego, becoming fully present and mindful of your own journey; to recognise your own self-worth and step into your own power.
It’s about finding what feels right in YOUR body.
I would love to guide you to discover or re-discover your love of yoga as my teachers have done for me.
These Monthly Meditation Circles will be an opportunity to gather together, reflect on the subtle energies of the season and practice breath and meditation to enhance wellbeing, reduce stress levels and live more authentically.
✨Each session will include:
A reflection on the month just past and an introduction to the month we are in.
Looking at the subtle energies of the month through the framework of the Koshas.
Breath and meditation practices to support you through the coming month.
A recording of the meditation and summary of the session to keep you going through the month!
