Join me for a gently invigorating practice that will help you start your day off right!
This all-levels class is designed to awaken your body and mind, leaving you feeling energised, focused and ready to take on the day ahead.
We’ll begin with gentle warm up stretches to release tension and stiffness, followed by flowing yoga to build strength, improve mobility and increase circulation.
Throughout the class, we’ll focus on linking breath with movement, helping to calm the mind and improve mental clarity.

From June 2026, I’ll be holding weekly pregnancy classes at The Yoga house in Tunbridge Wells. These classes will be a calm, steady space to land, learn and grow into this next chapter.
Each week is a nurturing pause in the flow of everything else, where movement is chosen for how it feels in your body, easing common pregnancy discomforts while gently preparing you for birth. We’ll explore breathing tools, simple techniques for labour and ways to stay present when things get big and beautiful and unknown.
Every session will be nourishing in both body and mind, with space to soften, strengthen and reconnect inward.
Most importantly, you’ll be part of an empowering community of local mums-to-be, building real connection along the way. We finish each class with deep rest and guided relaxation, so you leave feeling held, supported and just a little more you again. This is your time, and you do not have to walk it alone.

Step into stillness. This early morning class is a gentle, grounding space to pause, breathe, and reconnect—offering a quiet reset as the week ends and the weekend begins.
We’ll move slowly and intentionally, staying low to the ground with calming breath-led practices, mindful stretches, and guided meditation. No standing poses, no rush—just a spacious hour to be present in your body and quiet in your mind.
Expect soft transitions, deep rest, and the permission to simply be.
Come as you are. Leave feeling clear, calm, and quietly renewed.

My classes are a mixture of gentle vinyasa flow, pranayama and meditation designed to reconnect mind, body and breath.
I want to encourage you to listen to what your body needs in movement and stillness - both on and off the mat and to remove comparison and ego, becoming fully present and mindful of your own journey; to recognise your own self-worth and step into your own power.
It’s about finding what feels right in YOUR body.
I would love to guide you to discover or re-discover your love of yoga as my teachers have done for me.

There are days when everything feels like it’s happening at once.
Work spills into home. Home spills into thoughts. Thoughts never quite settle.
Chaos to Calm is a short evening reset designed for exactly that feeling.
Over five consecutive nights at 8pm, you’ll be guided through simple, grounding practices to help you unwind, release tension and reconnect with a steadier version of yourself. Each session is just 15 minutes, intentionally small so you can actually show up for it.
No pressure to perform. No complicated routines. Just space to land, breathe and reset.
Across the five days, we move gently from grounding the body, to releasing tension, quieting the mind, reconnecting with inner strength and building your own personal calm ritual you can return to anytime life gets loud again.
If you’ve been craving something simple that actually fits into real life, this is your invitation.
cost: £20 which includes live session, recording and workbook.
