Grounded in a 330-hour Yoga Alliance Accredited training and an additional 300 hours of training with Heart and Bones - Movement for Modern Life - the last three years have been a continuous exploration.Deepening my practice with 80 hours in breathwork and pranayama, accredited by Yoga Alliance and guided by Laurent Roure, has been a source of profound growth. Currently, as a trainee yoga therapist at the Minded Institute, I'm on a path of integrating therapeutic practices into my teachings, aiming to offer a well-rounded and nurturing yoga experience extending beyond physical postures.In addition to group classes, I offer private sessions, available both online and in person. Whether you prefer the convenience of practicing in your own space or the personalised attention of an in-person session, I'm here to tailor the practice to your individual needs.In my classes, we explore gentle vinyasa flow, pranayama, and meditation, focusing on the simple joys of tuning into your body, letting go of comparison and ego, and embracing your personal power. Together, let's delve into the principles of mindfulness, recognise your self-worth, and cultivate a love for yoga that is uniquely yours.
